Happy Holidays to All! Wow. It has been awhile since my last time communicating, and I miss sharing info on how to "live life to the fullest!"
The new "Concise Guide to Apply for Disability On-Your-Own" is now AVAILABLE for sale, and is a keeper for everyone to have for protecting your investments, especially your retirement resources. It is for sale on Amazon, Barnes & Noble...and Kindle. GO TO: https://www.amazon.com/Concise-Guide-Apply-Disability-Your-Own/dp/0986387614/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1479868610&sr=8-2&keywords=jd+davis+concise
WHY all the hype? Because, if by chance you experience (God forbid) an accident, illness, etc...and cannot work for a period of time -- it is MORE THAN important to ensure you have DISABILITY INSURANCE. Yes. Disability Insurance.
If by chance you do NOT have Disability Insurance and find out you cannot work for awhile -- you may have to touch your 401K, IRA, etc... Yikes! I know all about it. And, that is why I am telling you to get DISABILITY INSURANCE, if you can -- GET IT. But, if you are unable to purchase Disability Insurance -- you do have a back-up, if you worked and FICA taxes were taken out. You may not realize this, but since your first paycheck, Uncle Sam took out FICA taxes -- for your retirement AND DISABILITY. Yes-- DISABILITY. It is the same investment you have been accumulating since your first day of work.
Many people are not aware that Social Security is available for retirement AND ALSO Disability if you have a long-term illness...before your retirement age. What a blessing to all of us! It came in handy for me and my family, and was a blessing to help us, especially after being ill for several years. It is called: Social Security Disability Insurance. (SSDI) It is not a government hand-out, it is YOUR money that the government has saved for you from YOUR taxes -- again -- since your first day of work.
The "Concise Guide to Apply for Apply for Disability On-Your-Own" is written in more laymen terms versus the original Apply for Disability On-Your-Own book is more written to explain how I navigated the entire process from Day One to the 4th Month of actually RECEIVING my SSDI benefits. The horror stories that exist are scary, but, thank God with my work experience of operations, etc...I was successfully able to navigate the system and receive my benefits within four (4) months. The Concise Guide makes it easier for the reader to understand, because, it gets directly to the point of explaining HOW TO work the process and get your benefits within months versus years.
Will explain more at the next post. . . Getting ready to prepare for Thanksgiving. Have a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving -- and remember to ALWAYS be thankful! Life will be more easier, joyful, and peaceful.
